Hi Everyone. I would like to introduce myself, my name is Teo & I have a rich experience in Sport and over 7 years’ experience as a Personal Trainer. My journey began at a young age where I actively trained as a boxer & competed in tournaments. It was then I found a passion for Fitness & Bodybuilding. My wide range of experience allows me run a variety of training sessions both one to one & in groups such as Boxing & CrossFit including training sessions aimed at muscle gain & conditioning, I can train all levels, whether an athlete or beginner who wishes to get fit. I can also advise & train those who are overweight, by providing a Fitness & Nutrition plan, which can help lead to impressive results. My passion for Fitness & Sport is huge because this is what I love to do.
